Ken House is a REALTOR® in Northeast Washington, which encompasses Ferry County, Pend Oreille County, and Stevens County, each with a unique vibe, small-town charm, and breathtaking landscapes.
Ken was born in Northeast Washington, as was his wife, Deb. Their families are multi-generational locals who fell in love with the region and stayed. Ken and Deb also chose to stay and raise their family, which now consists of three adult children and seven grandchildren, all deeply rooted in the community in which they live.
To stay active in and give back to the community, Ken volunteers as a firefighter on the local volunteer fire department, serving as the Assistant Chief. He has served on several county commissioner advisory committees, including the Fish and Wildlife Advisory Committee and the Public Lands Advisory Committee. Additionally, Ken and Deb volunteer at local Kettle Falls events throughout the year.
A few of the things that keeps Ken passionate about Northeast Washington is strong family ties, the life-long friendships he's established, the close-knit community, and the array of recreation the area provides. Outdoor recreation includes fishing, hunting, skiing, kayaking, and a plethora of public land and national forests.
His knowledge and love for the area make him a valuable resource in real estate. He founds his business and his lifestyle on the core values of God, family, country, and integrity.
Ken initially got involved with real estate investing and development. It was a natural progression for him to put his knowledge to work helping others with their residential real estate goals and dreams. Keller Williams Realty is where Ken found himself at home in the real estate industry. He chose KW for its company values and its leadership in industry-related technology.
Ken's wife, Deb, is a special education teacher at the Kettle Falls High School and also enjoys working as a part-time real estate agent. When not helping others buy and sell houses, Ken and Deb enjoy weekend tournament fishing via their membership in the Walleye Fishing Club.
