With four decades of real estate experience as a past broker/owner of a Coldwell Banker Premier office in Colville, Dave continues his career as a managing broker for Keller Williams Colville and brings that world of experience to each of his real estate transactions. Anytime there is a real estate problem that needs solving, Dave is the go-to professional.  Dave is also a licensed general appraiser in Washington State, General Accredited Appraiser (GAA), has served three terms as President of the Northeast Washington Association of Realtors, has been the recipient of the NEWAR Realtor of the Year award and consistently been recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer.  As a committed community member, he has been active in property rights issues and served six years on the Colville Planning Commission.

Dave is a devoted family man, an active member of Holy Trinity Church and for over 40 years has had a steadfast commitment to the real estate profession in Colville.  He and his wife have made Colville their home since 1974.
